In October the 15th edition of the gastronomic festival dedicated to mushrooms will return to Bassano del Grappa.
The initiative, as every year, will involve the restaurant owners in Bassano and this time will focus on “Mushrooms in the future“.
There will be recipes, insights and events dedicated to one of the autumn products par excellence.
In fact, mushrooms are one of the specialties of our territory and in this season the market stalls are filled with porcini from Tonezza and the many varieties of the Berici Hills, Monte Grappa and from the Plateau of the 7 Municipalities.
The initiative will also be characterized by the “pills of culture” on this food, as well as by the delicious dishes that can be tasted in the coming weeks.
For the B38 restaurant we have thought of a truly special menu for the occasion:
Chanterelle and barley soup
Pumpkin cream with sautéed porcini mushrooms
Tempura of brise and vegetables
Milanese style porcini
Goat cheese mousse with crispy speck and chanterelles in oil
Egg cooked at low temperature on potato and pioppini cream
Wild blueberry risotto, candied porcini and stravecchio cheese
Sliced duck breast cooked at low temperature, orange sauce, soy, ginger and shiitake mushrooms
