In these years Prosecco has become the most popular white sparkling wine in Italy and in the world. Now, the Prosecco D.O.C. signed B38 Restaurant stems from the collaboration with the winery Dal Din. You can taste it in the bars of our hotels and, of course, in the restaurant!
Prosecco is the King of Aperitif, but not only, what we have designed for B38 Restaurant is produced from “Glera” selected grapes of the hills of Valdobbiadene. It is a sparkling wine with a fine and persistent perlage, fruity and delicate aromas, soft and slightly aromatic, extremely versatile and can accompany various types of dishes, aperitifs and moments of celebration.
